I know he has great Itrader Feedback but about a month ago i but up a WANTED add for a stock lnf airbox. He pm'd me said 45.00 Shipped. I pm'd him the next morning saying that i didnt need it anymore i found my old one he said he already shipped it out im like ok no big deal. its been over a month i have never gotten it and he never replied to about my 10 pms about it. i went to file a paypal claim and apparently i sent it as a gift because i believe he said it was 50.00 if i didnt. I asked for a refund several times and nothing. hopefully he chimes in because 45.00 bucks is 45 bucks..

 

Damn, he atleast seemed like a decent fellow but this is the internet. Never let anyone tell you to send money as a gift over paypal.

Yea i literally never send as a gift... however i knew for a fact he had good reviews and is well known on the site but that didnt matter...

Yep,you never can tell.that's why I only buy stuff on here when its a REALLY good deal and worth the risk.any other time I go through top rated sellers on eBay lol

 

never send as a gift unless it's your buddy, you can still send 45 with like a 2 dollar fee you just take the fee when you send it, don't pass it off on the seller.

 

there's only one person I'll gift money to on here. Everyone else I just go through the standard process.

 

basically he told me even when someone sends him $ it doesnt take out fees for him? i was confused so i sent him the money because i wouldnt think it mattered. i didnt think i sent it as a gift but apparently i did because i tried to make a claim but it just said i had to go direct to the seller...

if you gift it doesn't take fees if you send marked as goods it takes a % out. just be glad it was 45 and not more i guess and noone should buy from him from now on.

I would never buy anything from someone over the net unless they were a vendor or they were local. Read to many stories on this

I also tried to get a set of headrests from him and after about a month of not getting them he finally gave me a refund. But how do you not get something shipped out in a month?

 

Well and he told me he shipped it the next morning so i couldnt get a refund and never got anything for a month or a refund.. i have pm'd him several times and even the threads he was posting in posted "hey godly why arent u returning my pm's" and he just wouldnt post in that thread anymore...

 

I'm going through something similar with another well known long standing member. I will update you guys on who it is if it doesn't get resolved in the next couple days.....
