I don't know if something went wrong or if he is just purposely trying to scam me, it just seems kind of fishy that he immediately deleted the thread and has not been in contact since.

I've spent a lot of money on the forums to get my car running, and I've had a couple very small run-ins, but I haven't had anyone besides this that I was totally unable to contact at all since purchasing the item, makes me worry what on earth is up.

Well I thank you for any help that you can provide. So far I do have his facebook with his hometown, and found a couple people on the forums I believe may have his phone number. I messaged him on facebook, just trying to find a way to get a tracking number. It's been plenty of time to get a package here on the basis that it should have been sent over two weeks ago.

 

I bought the same front lip from the same guy and also messaged him several times with no reply. Last I heard was the day after I sent payment he said he was busy and would send the lip out the next day. Time to put in a complaint to Paypal.

Apparently, and I gifted F*!^. He refused to sell it to me for the price I wanted unless I gifted ^ did you gift too?

Claim to have shipped me the item 2weeks ago. I doubt that is possible if he sold it to more than one person...

Called him out on selling it to more than one person, and he blocked me on facebook, I have no contact unless I can get his phone number or further information.

 

PM a mod. I'm sure they can bring the FS thread back if you need a copy. It's been done before.

 

Yes he told me to give it as a gift to him because of the paypal fee blah blah.
I emailed him multiple times as well with no response.

Paypal says I cannot dispute because this is not a good or a service...

 

You cannot dispute gift... Your begging to see the underlying issue now. PayPal will not give us back our money...

Okay you little dicks. i had 2 lips. both black. 1 was sold to JSH and the other to burnt. i shipped them over 2 weeks ago. so either there lost or your making **** up. i have been busy and not on CSS for over 2 weeks. now if you wanna get really technical i can copy the recpeipts of shipping to canada and maine. the 1 to canada was over 70 and the 1 to maine was almost 50. so either something has happened or your being a little dick.

 

To be honest, I've bought a lot on the forums in the past month, but if I don't see this money back I probably won't be buying anything else again from the site.

first off. you didnt see the problem with "gifting" it. if that was the only form he would accept it immediately throws up a red flag. sorry though man. its ultimately not your fault, some people just want to make others miserable by ripping them off.
