If he doesn't show, the judge could order him in contempt and guess who gets a free room on the state for the night? Also, if you manage to win in small claims, they could garnish his wages. But more often than not, they say "pay the man what you owe him or give him his parts" and it stops there....if he doesn't do it, you gotta go thru it all over again and pay even more court costs and by this time you've just screwed urself over.

Seems like alot to deal with.. but with you, and the other guy not knowing each other before this, so you get his Testimony. I mean you guys got scammed with the same item. Plus proof with this thread, plus him not having proof of shipping it.

1. He would scam off his main css name.
2. Have his info up to find him.
3. Come into this thread and let everyone see him.

If you guys were pullin this **** on me and I was legit, I would be acting the same way he is. Of course, could go both ways. If JSH and Burnt Want to personally give me there Cell numbers i will be more then happy to call yall in the morning while im at UPS so yall can personally here/verify that the lips have been shipped. and yeah im tired of little ******* spamming my facebook. if i was going to SCAM i deff wouldnt have done it with a CSS account that i paid for and put time into. and with all my REAL INFO. call that number on page 2 and ill answer and be more then happy to talk like adults. and FYI my Father is dead and my mother is Too. so sorry that you cant find my parents. call me and talk to me like adults. its that simple.

a) it will be the wrong number
