At the risk of these not being brand new I wouldn't pay that much either. I'd rather pay the $200 and have them guaranteed to be brand new.

...I suggest OP take pics (in the BOX if possible) to answer those who say these *may* not be new. Second, people will usually pay a small premium from a vendor for *guaranteed* new and returnable if problems should arise. So, OP might wanna come down a little more. I'm having this issue with somome selling struts (New)..no pics provided either. If you're advertising as *NEW*, it's always best to post pics in the original packaging (opened up). In fact pics should ALWAYS be provided in this section on anything for sale.

 

I'm not saying that they're not new, I'm just saying there's no pics and even with pics no one would be able to tell if they're new or not.

 

Well, it's pretty obvious that there's no guarantee..no matter what the seller says.
Pics will certainly add *credibility* to the claim of being new, so it's always *buyer beware*. Seller should offer a reasonable discount to offset the *risk* that the buyer is willing to take in this situation.

I did say I would supply pictures if someone wanted. No one asks. I'm on a phone so i can't add pictures unless I find access to a cp. Shoot me a number or email address and bam there's your pictures. Box is opened oh well. Still all the paper work including stickers. Not scuffs scrapes or anything. My car is still practically brand new and decided not to mess with lowering it. No need to mess with my sale because my price isn't what you have in your pocket. Just hit back and go buy a used set. Im not trying to sound rude or anything but it's the truth. I bought em from a member on here and like I said don't wunna lower anymore. I want the 170 I spent. I'm assuming shipping is like 20$ cus of weight. You wunna give me 170 plus shipping then someone can have em.

That's the thing, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would pay maybe $50 - $60 (not even) more for a guaranteed brand new set then possibly (not saying your doing this) buying a set off someone who claims they're brand new just because he kept the box and all the papers and stickers.
