I never replied to the picture because again, a message was attached to it saying "a guy offered me more money, I'm sorry but I'm going to take his offer.". Not ONCE does it say "I'll still take your $30 though if you want it." "I told him there's a sale pending and I'm waiting your response."!! I'm not going to paypal someone money until I'm satisfied. The picture was my satisfaction.

Reread my post above, #22. "Everyone reading that message is in agreement, that message comes across as "I'm sorry someone offered more and I'm going to take their offer". Not once does it reference anything about "I'll wait for you response." or "I told him to hold off until I talk to you.""

 

He said he saw my pm and he didnt respond because he assumed I sold it which I didnt. This is so dumb its a POD!

He brought it up, he coulda been more professional and messaged me that day rather than making it public a day later. lol Its so stupid its comedy.

Please explain to me where I said that there are laws that apply to an internet forum about this? Do your own research if you are curious about it. I was simply saying that the OP's shitty dealings is actually recognized in some states as illegal. Period.

 

It could be a $30 trim piece or $2000 wheels. Bad business is bad business.

Let me ask you this. If you were so upset about this why couldnt you message me that day after I sent you a PM? I would have sold it to you no problem if all you would have done is responded. If I didnt give a **** about you I would have never sent you the picture to begin with and just sold it to him that morning when he offered me the money.

Yea and Im shady right? drove to cleveland for no extra charge and met your friends, was completely honest about the wheels, and sold them for a great price. Im a terrible person.

 

Do you not take in anything I write? No wonder you sold it to someone else, nothing made sense to you.

Once again. I didn't respond because the message implied you sold it to the other person. Twice again... Not once did you say you were waiting for my response. Not once did you say you would still accept the $30. And not once did you say you told the other person to wait until you heard from me. Why would I respond to a message saying "Another person offered me more money and every penny could help right now." and not think one of two things; You've sold it to him already and/or are expecting me to match his offer.

 

Your fault for assuming...why would I send you the picture if I already made up my mind on who I was selling it to? And why couldnt you PM me with the problem your having that same day rather than a day later. If you would have messaged me we wouldnt be doing this. I apologized what else do you want?! i was wrong...Damn man. I worded that PM wrong and ill admit to that. All I was implying was "do you still want it if not I have someone offering me $50. I can tell you I learned from that mistake!
