I'm looking at getting a set of these for my 06 SS/SC. I figure I'll buy the SS/TC rotors eventually but I'm wondering if I can run just the Brembo calipers over stock SS/SC rotors

No, the rotors are almost an inch bigger on the brembos

Screw the dealer. Crate Engine Depot has them for $232 each! Granted that's just the calipers. Not the rotors and pads like you're including.
