Wouldn't u need his software to load on a pc? Cables hooking up to obdii r not that expensive, but u also gotta get his software to upload and open the tune.

Well yeah but I doubt for free cause if that was the case I'm sure someone can get a usb to obdii cable for like 50 to 100 bucks instead of paying for his at 250ish

yea but the software is only for datalogging. the stuff that actually reads the logs vince has

 

ok buy your own its only $169 and vince will charge you for the tune only...and after that first purcase he will give you a discount price for tune's for other cars and he will give you an updated tune if you email him your data log...
