just letting members know. as a some people dont read EVERY post in a thread
how would you feel if you bought a kit and just looked at a FEW posts and than realized that the turbo hit the firewall BAD and you were out 1100 dollars. because the op didnt say that in the 1st post but it was said a few post's down and you didnt read that specific post.
im not being a ass whatsoever i have no clue anytime something gets said you always call me out..

it could work and another member could be wrong saying the turbo will hit the firewall BADlY just throwing that out thats something a buyer should know
the OP doesnt even know so yea, me for example. thought it was good to go and actually would concider buying it. but the possibilty of the turbo hitting the firewall BAD is something i dont want to get into. so unless i knew for a fast it will be good to go than im not going to buy it.

you ever install a turbo on one of these cars? ain't that much room back there. that's why all the turbo manifolds for these cars have them down at a 45* angle

this coming from someone who had turbo'd his LSJ
there for my statement is acceptable to let buyers know that they take a chance because the turbo may not fit as it may be too close to the firewall

i had a .70 ar compressor housing on mine, bent the firewall a bit and it fit perfect. my exhaust manifold is straight as well. the flange isnt angled at all. food fir thought.

im not talking **** dude. relax.... im helping other possible interested members..... if this thread gets 50-60 posts resulting in a few pages, some people just skim it and dont read it post by post. so yea.

sorry if i offended you or annoyed you but id rather help a member than see a thread about someone who didnt read and is stuck with something that cant be used like planned

Everywhere i've read about boosting my car said 42 is enough. granted, if you're going to just go nuts and want the biggest **** to have a 10 second cobalt, then yeah, they might be a little small lol. but ive read that 42 was the way to go so that's what i got lol.

What about for an automatic? They would have more clearance right? Still think there would be clearance issues?
