To everyone that are still waiting on parts. Please be patient i know a few of you have been sending me txt asking if things have been shipped yet. THey will all be shipped sometime this week so everyone should have their stuff shortly.

I am crazy busy with work right now and meetings since i am leading a 600 store IT conversion at wawa. Give me a few days and i will be able to correct the hold up on shipping.

So just posting a update since i finally have a day off with some rest in me. I have been in touch with most of you through txt as often as i get a chance to reply.

Dont have time to look up exactly who did what so just posting a general update.

Megan Exhaust - Got a hold of nick to pick up my trans today , will pick up the exhaust and Will ship on Monday.

Pulley- Gonna have nick yank this off if he dont have time i will refund the payment.

S3 HE/IC/Option B/Bracket- Will ship out monday

Supercharger/Pulley: Will also send out monday.

Everyone is welcome to txt or call me on monday for their tracking numbers. I apologize for the wait but have been super busy and getting stuck at work for 12+ hours a day.

 

PM sent about tracking stuff, my phone is down for the count, so I'm sorry to hound ya, missed this update before sending emails, pms, and such, and wanted to make sure you got my shipping info.

 

Everything at this point besides the exhaust and SC/TB have shipped out. When i went up to nicks last time i was not able to get the exhaust off since a bolt was stuck. Nick was busy with customers so i did not want to ask him to yank it off while i was there. He was actually way to busy to do it either way. So i will have to wait for him at this point.


Once nicks calls me back letting me know its yanked i will get up there and ship it.
Gonna try and get the Supercharger shipped tomorrow. If i cant get the 2.8 off i will refund the buyer the cost of pulley back.

If anyone cant wait a little longer please let me know and i will just refund their money and wait for the parts to be yanked and then sell them again.

I still have a few more things to get out. Intake, Exhaust,Pulley, SC/TB. I am sorry i have not gotten a chance to ship these yet but barely getting any sleep since i am working 15 hour days. I am off on friday and will get out the intake,sc/tb,pulley. Still waiting to hear from nick on when he gets the exhaust yanked.

I have major executives coming from Wawa to watch my team do the conversions on their technology and dont have time to answer txt. If anyone needs to get a hold of me for a update please either email me at ljepsen@mobonetworks.com or call me on friday.

 

Please pm me its been 10 days since you say you sent the h/e intercooler pump and option b. If you have the tracking number please send it to me here in a pm. Im getting very worried. I dont have a phone atm so texting you or calling is not an option.

 

I am at work right now and cant post tracking for it until i get home at 5am in the morning.

Yeah, please look into it fast, not very happy about it at all, had to postpone my install and wasted a week of vacation time off work set aside for said install. So figure it out quick please.

 

yeah apparently the parts where sold to two people. Refunding your money asap sorry about that not much else i can do though.

The install got pushed back, figured I'd wait and do it all and right plus added a few things to the build list that should of been on there already...

Not a big deal and I take no personal offense to it, assuming the refund gets here soon. **** happens man, we step in it and keep walking.

 

Well, I was half tempted to snag some odds and ends to finish up a boost build on a V6, but given the most recent snafu I will pass. No guarantees that they won't end up on someone else's porch instead.

Now for a comment which may or may not get me banned from CSS... This comment is my own and not in defense of anyone... I already know that you will get offended and post either an angry response or some sob story. Best thing is to save it for someone who will actually care.

Few people really care that you work 15 hour days or that you are too tired to pull a tracking number. By offering things for sale, you are under an obligation to keep your customers informed in a timely fashion. If you can't manage that, perhaps you should have waited until you had the time.... Like when the parts were already off the car. Even if you are pulling long shifts, there is always downtime. Learn to use it more effectively.

Case in point: Scorpio1 here asked 3 times for a tracking update. Twice you responded back that you will get back to him in the morning because you were "too tired". It wasn't until 4 or 5 days after the first inquiry that you told him "lolz, they were already sold." If that's how you manage to do business, it's amazing that people still buy from you and good luck to the rest of the buyers... they'll need it.

 

Actually i could care completely less what you typed or the point your trying to get accross.

 

Since your not responding to email today on the second day you were "gonna" western union my refund, after i've waited very patiently for 2 weeks. And called yesterday to confirm you were sending it, I'm starting to think maybe your ducking me, died overnight, slipped into a blackhole, or don't intend to pay. Now I could be wrong. So please prove me wrong and at least respond to my email. Iunderstand your busy and so am I. But you said it was coming this morning and its 10:30pm your time now.

 

Why would you think i was ducking you if we just spoke yesterday. You knew where i was and what was going on.

 

My reason for assuming the worst was the lack of any communication today when I was told via phone you would send it today. So I waited until 10pm your time to post this in a place you would see it, since email wasn't working today.

I'm sorry if I am indeed jumping to conclusions but I've been ripped off over parts before online and so far its seems awfully familiar.

So now that I have you in here, whats the word eh?

Just jumping in here to

1. apologize to Lars for jumping off the handle the other day over this refund situation, sorry bud.
2. To say this, Lars is a great guy, he handled this very bad situation we ended up in very well, and other than my freaking out this weekend, everything went smoothly on the refund front.

He not only refunded my money but he threw in a bit extra for time lost and headaches, Lars is a good guy and don't let any of the stuff posted in here keep you from buying from him, he'll treat ya right, soft and gentle, lol.
