I have a used K04.
not sure of its exact condition, i bought it for a core but never used it.
does not appear to have any shaft play.
also not sure why the pictures arent showing up but if you click on the broken link it will appear.

the revised BNR is probably your best bet since you already have the bov set-up. Someone like me that doesnt have it, really maybe should get the ZFR
