Well...I was planning on painting it blue like the red ones I've seen on this sight...and figured if I had a spare, if I didn't like how it turns out I can keep my original.

I was told today that there is a guy making Carbon Fiber engine covers for the 2.2/2.4's... I thought about painting mine... so I ordered one off of e-bay for like $20... but the asses haven't sent it to me yet...

I don't understand why people would want a carbon fiber one.. If your in that desperate need of weight reduction, just leave the cover off. That's a much better weight reduction PLUS it's FREE. I paid 10 bucks for a can of primer and a can of high temp red paint and painting my engine cover and fuse box cover. Looks pretty good. . .

That's the funny part about it... I remember when CF was used for WEIGHT REDUCTION too and not for some ******* tuner look. Oh well...
