Pretty much, I just felt I should say my side of the story as I have no intentions of scamming anyone. I over a dozen PMs from Bryce about this traction and I am sorry it came to this.

My question is why the **** were you selling these on EBAY? I thought they were all fucked up???? You piece of ****. This is why I fray from buying things on a fourm. Because people like you. Really 400 bucks if your going to scam do it big for like $20,000 not $400! Low life! Peace out!!

I can smell rotten fish also. UPS gives $99 of free insurance also. Theres no way all that damage could happen in shipping unless they dropped it off a 8 story building.

I understand that making a minimum post count would cause alot more spam threads, but in the same sense isn't that what we have mod's for? Also if it's a spam post it can be deleted and the persons account be put on watch and I think it would be so much better than hearing about people being scammed. I've offered to help with this site in any way possible, and my offer still stands, so if one of the mod's want's to assign me to weed out the spammers please send me a PM. I've been unable to work for the last 2 years now, so I spend alot of my time on this site, so I would have no problem helping out, because I don't wanna see it get to the point other sites have gotten to requiring you to be a supporting member to post in the classifieds because once again I know there are alot of people out there like me that can't afford to be a supporting member and it will just make things harder on those people. OP once again I'm so sorry to hear about your troubles and hopefully everything will get worked out.

Did you read all of the post in this thread? The parts I purchased from Bryce were never listed on ebay. I think you owe me an apology.

Correct I prefer to ship with Fed Ex and UPS because of the automatic $100 of coverage and tracking. The turbo arrived USPS and the 02 housing/manifold came the follow day and all of the pictures were sent that evening showing the damage. Are you implying that I damaged them or swapped his parts?
I think I sold you a new turbo for $270 a few month back and was it as I described?

Damn dude, sounds like a class A scammer. I've lost tons of money on the internet. Once, lost $3500 on eBay for buying a car and never won the dispute. Second, about 2 months ago on css.net for $500, luckily got that money back but the fact of the matter is, I'm not buying anything on the net again unless it's going to be an in person swap.

Hope this all works out for you man. I know how you feel, it's bullshit they can get away with **** that you clearly have evidence that they are wrong. GL.

Um 20$? I offered to buy a whole new bpv assembly for it. And if you wanted a 50-70 refund then you probably should have said that dollar amount since you were turning down all my other offers but wouldn't offer any of your own except a full refund. You yourself admitted you were selling my parts on eBay so let's keep digging yourself a hole. I have the emails of you saying you were selling my parts. And the turbo you just sold was the turbo you admitted that came off my car or "the car with the manifold with a bent and broken stud". And you admitted the boxes were not damaged at all and you saw pics of the turbo (not broken) so you know that it was fine when it left my house. Aside from that BS, we came to a gentlemans agreement and you bailed on that and would constantly ignore my PM's.

I am pretty sure I asked you for a 50-70 refund, I would have to go through my sent PM's to confirm. I never said the turbo came off your car. The BW turbos have a date(week/year) and I still have it, along with your other parts. *Like I said before I NEVER listed the parts of yours on ebay. I did respond to your question if a deal was made I would have closed the dispute.
I still have the box the O2 housing and manifold came and the box isn't beat up bad but the parts arrived damaged.

Yes some PM's were not replied right away because after a dozen messages I was repeating myself every time. We did have an agreement and you got all pissed and because you didn't understand the options and felt to the need to threaten me to report me to ebay/paypal/forum.
at which I said do what you have to do.

I called and checked on the dispute again today and they are waiting for a response from paypal. They said it is very possible that that I will be responsible for the full amount which would be in your favor.

Gosh you sure do deny alot of stuff that I can prove in emails. Anyway. We had our agreement that I would pay your dispute fees..yadda yadda. You said okay that you would close the case last Friday but you didn't for whatever reason. So instead of doing that simple little move and us both getting out of this happy, you chose this option where in the end you will have to pay even more money. Bright move.

This doesn't need to continue on here. He knows I Have the emails. This was just a warning thread. Not a fight and evidence thread.
