it's a little rough to the touch right now, a good sanding and maybe another coat of primer and she should be good to go

I tried calculating it for USPS and all I get is "No Mail Services found for the specified type/destination."

i think he meant UPS. APO you speak of is not in the United States right? in which case the United States Postal Service would not be able to ship to that location. Try UPS maybe or FedEx. Maybe even DHL.
