WTB: 2.2l or 2.0l complete engines
I have a rod knocking in my 2.2 so im trying to maybe find something fun to replace it like a 2.0 with complete supercharger. or just back to the norm 2.2
If anyone has any details on where to find some of this stuff let me know. I'm not ready to part with my balt at all but I'm also not trying to pay a fortune for a brand new crate engine.

like i said in your other thread it is A LOT harder than you think to put a 2.0 LSJ motor in a 2.2 base model, the complete and i mean complete front to back wiring harness and dash need to be swapped as well. best bet it to call a couple junkyards and see if they have any wrecked 2.2's with good motors, check ebay, search on google. there's 2.2 motors out there it's you just need to find one

You're not going to get a complete lsj for $500 ill guarantee that. I can't even find a blown one that cheap. Stick with the 2.2 unless you have lots of time and patience to get it running.
