i duno if i need anything else, but i need one ballast for my plug n play HID kit. i think mine went out cuz its not working, and both bulbs seem to be working cuz i switched them out. there an ebay kit, and now the seller i got them from will not answer my emials and there site says all over it htat it has a one year warranty. so its a long shot, but if anyone has one lemme kno thanks.

 

sounds like you need a relay.......im prety sure ALL cobalts need a relay for the HID's i know mine did and a couple other guys on here... try that (cheaper and less time to get)
