Mines got a stupid dent in it so i wanna replace one i was told it just clips in and out i have an 08 tc and need one pm me the price and a picture thanks in advance

 

From what I know, it is pretty well impossible to find just the cap because of how it is installed on the airbag cover. If someone removed theres, it would be most likely damaged during the removal because of the clips that hold it in. I'm not sure what options you have since I have not looked into this. I wonder if you would be able to find an airbag cover without having to buy the airbag?

Yea i called the dealer to get one and there like you have to buy the 800 dollar airbag and the dent bothers the hell out of me Im going to a junkyard tommorow but im not sure if the ones from an ls or lt like an 05 are the same thanks for the information and help

 

The '05 and '06 cover will not fit your wheel but the 07 should be essentially the same as the '08 covers. I suppose you could try to find a cover from a wrecker and see what you can do but I don't think that they are legally allowed to sell you an airbag at a wrecking yard (Not sure on your local laws though). I don't suppose there is much hurt in trying to remove one that you get a wrecker and put it in yours.

 

yea i guess ill just try to find an 07 ss with the leather steering wheel or something .. try to shop around if anyone does randomly have one let me know and thanks for all the information man i wont be going to that junkyard tommorow lol
