I got the dp but ive only had my car two months and i'm a bit nervous about having the catless DP for warranty issues. its an 06 with 8k miles, so I would like to see if anyone with a new or fairly new dp( 2.5" w/hi flow cat) would like to trade. preferably in TX too. It's already boxed up i just opened it to look at it. If i can't find anyone ill just get it installed.

Just run it. I've ran a Catless DP for 15 months with no Warranty Issues. There aren't any warranty problems that you should run into where they would say that it is your dp's fault. they can't VOID your warranty.

 

wut did u do to get rid of the cel tho? my club has hp tuners and i was gonna have the code turned off permanently. but i dont want gm take that as an open invitation

 

At first, Nothing... I just left the code up. But then I had it turned off. GM won't know. You are under the impression that Dealership's are smart and know LOTS of stuff about these cars. They are idiots that don't read instructions. You'll be fine if you get the codes turned off.
