im looking at trading my current heat exchanger

28" long, 7" high, 3.5" thick, its the same OTTP uses except i dont have the 2 tabs welded specifically for a cobalt, instead used my own mounting brackets that have worked fine so far






the 2 bottom unused mounting tabs have been cut off, so the only ones left is the 2 tops ones used to mount with, im looking to trade it for a CXracing heat exchanger in good working condition, i expect to get a h/e in the same condition as the one im trading


if you have a h/e u think ill be interested in let me know, no stockers or cobra ones


ps the h/e mounts the opposite way that i have it, the hoses should be on the driver side, not the passenger, so the bracket holes should be in the back of the bar not the front

 

why do u want to trade for other h/e i have a cx and i am just wondering why you would want to trade it for my cx whats rong with yours?? and does urs come with hoses or anything? I can trade u my cx racing h/e in about 1 week i would say so pm me so we can figure this out...

also will u include the ghetto brackets so i dont have to go get my own lol get back to me and u definatly might have a trade.

 

Yeah they are included, but one broke, I just noticed yesterday when I was moving it. I drive thru some harsh bumpy roads so I guess one gave off to much force when I went over it, the tab on the passenger side broke at the weld, I used another custom hanged, used the bracket to hold it from
the h/e inlent fitting ..so still holds fine, more pics in my build thread

 

i dont see any pictures... and do u mean the bracket that came on it broke off??? i need to see some pictures to understand... maby we can work something out.. i have a cx i might sell to ya for it.

 

I put everything back together, I'll take pics of what I can from under the car, I'll also draw up a ms paint pic to show u what I mean
