We are currently looking for quite a few parts to use for product development of a carbon fiber version. We would prefer local as the part can be damaged during shipping but if willing to give us this part and you're out of state, shipping would be at your expense.

Here is how the process would work:

1. you give us your OE trunk/hood
2. we design a mold of your OE part to make our carbon part
3. 6-8 weeks goes buy, the part is manufactured
4. we test fit the part and verify fitment
5. we send you a BRAND NEW carbon fiber part at no cost or a part we currently make*

Well there could be a few prius owners that would do a carbon fiber hood for looks. I know If I was stuck with one I'd make it look nice etc...

The thought behind it is that most people have more than one car at home in the driveway/garage.

Already on the product development list. Was there a particular style?

We already offer an OE style hood and trunk for the Cobalt, hence why there's no Cobalt on the list.

Not at this time. We don't get many requests for Saab parts but if you can show me enough people that want them, I will see what I can do.

Already working on it. Especially since we already partner with the Neil Tjin Roadshow

C63 AMG is how they make it on the list.


Lighter weight=better mileage. Better mileage=happy Prius driver.

tight! no particular style in mind, just a good made cf lip!! no one really makes one and a bunch of us on here want em, or have tryed making our own... lol maybe just an oem replacement or a more aggressive looking lip to put inplace of the stocker....

true but im just talking about that style the dual low scoops over the (G5 kidney grills). something similair or possibly a little more aggressive would be pretty cool to see.

I know people that can satisfy your BMW and VW requirements, and a few of the mercs, but your guys are in CA and i doubt they will want to ship their panels at their own expense. I will ask around at the next event and see if we can't find a few for you.

We can always make it in CF and Duraflex since they would both use the same mold.

If you've got one you want to donate to the cause, let me know and I'll see what I can do. I do know that the boss is pretty gung ho on doing pretty much anything OEM performance oriented.
