Can someone with some technical knowledge of how these things work explain to me just what the hell they are suppose to do? I really can't see it being THAT BIG of a gain in performance. What is their main purpose? Reducing IAT, channeling more air flow.

Yeah, basically the point is to cut off or reduce the amount of heat the IM soaks up from the head/block allowing the air that passes through there to be cooler thus essentially creating a cleaner burn and making more power. Does it really work? I have no clue LOL
