Looks alot like a Neon to me. Still like the 98 Z24 looks better on the exterior. Of course the Cobalt looks better inside. Seats better be more comfy than a cavy. The 160 speedo will not be needed. Doubt if the car would run over 125, even if it isn't governed.

I've been in a z24 at 230km/h(142mph, vss mod and clocked by GPS), with over 550lbs of people; we assume it'll do 240 with just driver.
all it had was an intake and fart can.
I think the SS will be one fast ******, depending on how they gear it.

the other side to that, however, is the vss mod - how much you wanna bet the general redesigns the transmission to avoid this? they know it can be done on the J's, they know how easy it is and how many people do it; don't expect to be able to just cut the purple wire.
