I plan on doing that pretty soon. These thing will never be sleepers, I think the word is out I finally was able to give this thing a little gas and damn do I love it. You can here the turbo spool and blow off a little aswell.

Looks good.

But I wish GM never did that. Doesn't belong in a Sedan IMO.

^^ agree, I think they can pull off the Sedan, but dont put it in the LS body and throw SS rims on it...

They needed to keep the 4 dot tail lights or change it to different ones. It just doesnt look agressive enough for me. It will be a sleeper, though!

They definitely needed to do the sedan, for those of us that need 4 doors AND a track car. Mine's on order....but man do I agree with the fact that GM gave it the rear-end ugly treatment!! At a minimum, it needs a lip; the 4-dot tail lights would really set it off. Anyone have suggestions on how I can go about a conversion? Is that even possible?

and RBC, congrats on your car--those are sweet pics!!! What did you get for options? LSD?

You mean the coupe tails right? I have thought the same thing since they offered the 2.4 SS sedan. I think that would help separate it from the regular models, but I have kinda started taking a liking to them and deal with them over doing a coupe conversion. I believe all you need is a coupe bumper and tails and it would fit without any mods. The conversion may be something I would do way down the road or if I can find a great deal on a savaged(w/ front end damage) coupe rear bumper.

As far as options the only thing I did not get was the spare tire.

So you think all we would need to do is get a coupe bumper, trunk lid, and tails? That would be nice...are the bumpers interchangeable between coupe and sedan like that?

I also think it's funny that GM makes the spare tire an option

Thats the way it looks to me but I have never had them side by side. If I did the change I would keep the sedan trunk for a more smooth look, I have seen a couple of coupes that have went with the carbon fiber sedan trunk and I thought it looked great.
