Yea man they will diffently considered that totaled. Like i said in the other thread try you best to keep that car it is worth 10k easy if you get another one. Because the rims look alright from the pics 1k, windows, interior, maybe the engine and trans, trunk,wing,side mirrors. Glad that you are alright, DRunks ahhhhhh

 

how fast do you have to go for the airbags to deploy? i would think 40 would be plenty.... malfunction?

I wrecked my 07 ss/sc in November last year same type of accident. Guy pulled out in front of me. $14000 in damage. i was going 30 and my airbag deployed and i was fine. Only had burns on my wrist formn the airbags. Glad you are ok though.

you should get money and be able to keep it. We have these druggies and BUMS (which i cant stand) down the road and they have wrecked so many times its pitiful they rolled it and put a basket ball size dent on the roof and the insurance gave them 10k and let them keep the truck but it is identified as totaled.

 

On this drunk driver thing, is the guy not in jail? OR how the hell do the laws work in the US...? If the guy was drunk as you say, he should be in jail right now for DUI and causing an accident in which could've been alot worse like a loss of life, Sooo.. Endangering public safety? He should be thrown away for at MINIMUM 14 years. Thank god though that you're alright, who cares about the person that causes the accident. IMO anyone who cant follow the law and drive safely that cause an accident, I wouldn't give two ***** if they died. Why help people with stupidity problems? The body has to buckle some how, the weird dent was most likely caused as the front crumpled..
