the badge was put back on that was a FRESHLY PAINTED bumper and i didnt wanna put it on yet, also the "ugly ass rims" i got for 100 bucks with tires so i cant complain, and im not gonna buy another set of rims until i do my 5 lug swap, and drop springs are the next thing to do i just cant decide on which ones i want, my next questions is what makes you wanna come in here and talk all this **** about someones car who you have never even seen in person and about someones hard work you have never even met, you dont see me talking **** about you or your car. IDK thats just a dick move in my eyes i mean just because i didnt buy and SS my car is ugly where the **** is the logic in that, IDK what your problem is man but you are the type of guy that gives cobalt owners a bad name, no wonder everyone one i meet says ever kid they meet with an SS is a douch bag

you want the hook? you are just going to have to make your own bracket. $40 shipped. PM me. it is a genuine BENEN hook
thanks. its the VIS, it fits terrible and was a **** ton of work to put it on. if you get a CF trunk, please get a shaved one with no third brake light or keyhole. it will make your life a lot easier

trunk lock didn't fit-break out the dremel
third brake light didn't fit-break out the dremel
not one hole was marked to be drilled-pretty much eyeballed it and got it good
trunk is super high on the driver side and flush on the passenger side, no aligning is going to fix it. i know its not going to fit perfect but damn

- Mine fit perfect no issues
- Holes were clearly visable where they needed to be drilled as they dimpled from the mold. Not sure how yours was any different.
- Mine was super high till i aligned it. Simply turn the bolt on the hinge all the way in then lossen the 2 bolts that bolt to the car and slowly push the hinge down. retighten. Completely flush.

Personally I wouldn't run any VIS or Xcellerated Concepts stough...that's just me though
Serious as **** with what I am about to say.
Let the car sit in the sun with the hood getting really warm...and flexible, and CAREFULLY press/bend it to sit flush
As long as you have the bolts tight as all hell and are CAREFUL you won't break anything.
Take a pic of where it's not fitting good and I/others will try to help you...I suggest not here though

I have the same issue with my VIS Invader2 hood. Up by the windshield and down by the nose is flush, but it kinda bows up in the middle...I've let it warm in the sun and pushed it down, but it always comes back up eventually.
It's just something you'll have to live with...every now and then I just push it back down when I see the gap is getting too big again.
