Painted my factory 18's yesterday.

Total cost - $38 after tax.

Results:

























Thus my car has a new nickname - the BatMobile.

4-6 appear to be very close to the car, they don't look to bad to me. lol.

Yeah they look great close up. I still need to wetsand a week from now when they're fully cured to really get the gloss out of them though.

Haha I sprayed about 35 ten pound bottles of nitrous thru the cobalt - ran 14.1 @ 99.6 at the track, then a few weeks later I spun a rod bearing. I ended up replacing the entire engine for 400 bucks with a 20,000 mile engine from a rear end collision, then traded it in and got the GTO last November.

i dont like black cars all blacked out it needs some type of contrast with the car. i mean it looks good just to me in rims i think black with chrome lip is sexy i kno you have no lip just giving a idea in contrast

The theme is black with red accents. Hence the red "GTO" and the ram aiir decals n the hood

Taking my car in on Friday to have it professionally detailed inside and out. Gonna have the clear coat recut so the car shines like new again.

Also, I'm gonna ask them if they can throw some real light tint over the windshield to even the car out a bit.
