Red face Been trying to lose weight here are some pics!

This was me in May 2008 i am the one in the white hat and 3x t-shirt.



This is me today june 29 2008 after lifting weights its a large T-shirt




so what does everyone think?

make sure you always run right after your weight lifting. you will shred pounds.

Good job bro keep it up! Just get a job as a UPS driver and after a few weeks the weight starts to fall off lol! I got married back in november and in may I had gained almost 45 lbs which is HORRIBLE!!! I started UPS that month and lost 18lbs!

Started at 260 now i am down to like 240 in just over 1 month

Yeah well for one thing i cant run far cause when i was in iraq i got my left leg from in 2 places i am not going into details but if you never broke your leg its never the same.

you dont have to explain anything to him or anyone. you're doing great, although thats a lot of weight to drop all at once. you're still eating healthy and freuently, right?

Yeah i eat little meals all day long. The biggest thing was i drank a lot of POP or SODA and i switched to diet and now i drink a lot of water which helps a lot. I also take Orovo Detox weight loss pills and they actually work. I shedded all that weight with out running or walking just lifting weights and using an ad lounge

yeah i know. I drank soda so much i switched to diet and slowly going away from it

Good job killer. I know when i lost weight back around new years last year it was an awesome feeling. especially when you start looking in the mirror and can really see the difference.



That was 2/06 and 1/07

Yep, you gotta drink the water and eat small meals through out the day.
Also, a great way to start your day off is to drink fruit smoothies instead of eating cereal or something like that for breakfast, I just started doing this last week and I lost 5 pounds!

Fruit smooties yuck for breakfest i eat wheat bread plain and grapes
