Good job bro keep it up! Just get a job as a UPS driver and after a few weeks the weight starts to fall off lol! I got married back in november and in may I had gained almost 45 lbs which is HORRIBLE!!! I started UPS that month and lost 18lbs!

Started at 260 now i am down to like 240 in just over 1 month
Yeah well for one thing i cant run far cause when i was in iraq i got my left leg from in 2 places i am not going into details but if you never broke your leg its never the same.
Just a little over 20lbs in 1 month

Good job killer. I know when i lost weight back around new years last year it was an awesome feeling. especially when you start looking in the mirror and can really see the difference.

Yep, you gotta drink the water and eat small meals through out the day.
Also, a great way to start your day off is to drink fruit smoothies instead of eating cereal or something like that for breakfast, I just started doing this last week and I lost 5 pounds!
