true, but every single skittle needs a boot to go along with it, ive seen plenty stage 3 neons and only getting 12.8, 13.0 which is really poor, buuuuut put a nice shoe on, and its a different topic, buuuuut ss/tc can go mid 12 on street tire no problem....

i woulda gone ss/tc if i had the money. i was like....7k short. i wouldnt mind lookin for a stock ss to run. ill be headin up to the dyno prolly monday and prolly ordering a downpipe, gettin a drop in filter, new wastegate and gettin a custom tune soooo we will see wat it does

Back in 05 I was really close to buying an orange srt4. What stopped me was my insurance was going to be higher than my car payment would have been. Soooo I waited a few years for my driving record to clear and got the ss/tc.

I've always liked the neon's and I love the way they sound.

 

yesterday i wasnt in a hurry cause like i said the car is down till spring and then i get to have some more fun

 

I see these guys @ the local track multiple times a summer & they usually show up w/3-5 nsrt4's & 1 or 2 csrt4's. all running low 12's down to high 10's.

He has a sticker on his rear window that say "Gone v8 hunting be back in 10 seconds" when I seen that I laughed to myself.

im sure its been raced before, but dodge is notorious for trans issues so im sure thats why he had it rebuilt

don't know why people hate on them so much sound better than any 4 cylinder and easy to make power/run good times on.

 

im workin on gettin rid of stuff. i took of the for sale stickers earlier, im bout to take off the license plate bracket and the 2.4L turbo decal comes stock on them i believe

 

They are notorious for snapping axles too lol
So get acquainted w/replacing them like a nascar pit crew
I see that Erabbit guy change his in less then 30 minutes by himself. Givin he had a trailer w/every tool that you would even need to disassemble the damn car it still takes some good mechanic skills to do so IMO.

 

i was good like that with hondas lol. these axles are new with a lifetime warranty so FREEEEEEEEE

 

did they come on them? i usually see them without haha
