for anyone with the bow ties painted black, how is it done? did they have to buff anything off before painting? how much $$

yea man, just paint them yourself its ez.get real real fine sand paper(400) and wet sand em a bit, dry it and you have two options: paint them the color you want or primer and pain them.i just passesd an alcohol pad after the sanding and let it dry and painted buts its highly sugessted to prime then paint.but be patient and take your time
