Yeah, I tried using polish on mine this summer, and it did more harm than good. I think I need to have it professionally done. I wouldn't mind getting a few extra layers of clear sprayed either.

Damn when I get tired of my wheels I want to pick some of those up!! I think I'll take my springs off just to be safe even though my dealer doesn't really care about modfiicatios, they told me I should drop it because it'll look better hahaha.

Probably the dirtiest car posted in this thread. I hate the texas panhandle weather. When I woke up it was about 24 outside iced over, noon in the 40s with incredible winds. By 2 today our sky was orange with a giant dust storm. Its hard to justify washing my car when it is covered in dust/dirt within 2 days. Oh well, once I'm in Austin for the break I'm going to detail it to the max and enjoy the month I have an actual clean looking car.

Does anyone know who had the black ss sedan with blacked out lights, taillights and the black powder coated rims? I can't find the picture in this thread and the search function doesn't really seem to help. That sedan looked sick, not sure what I want to do to mine but probably something similar to that one.

Have yet to go to another dealer, but i am going to print the TSB out for them, because what i feel/hear is described exactly in the TSB.
Hmm I think i had a similar problem going, i was coming home from a friday night meet once and i was on the highway and my power steering locked up completely, threw the gear in neutral and started the car up again while rolling, i was only at 800 miles and the car was still fresh off the dealers. Good thing for warranty otherwise thats like 1k in work.

Rissa! Get rid of those side SS badges! The sides look so much cleaner without them. Are you wingless?

Ah, thats cool then. I wanted people to think my car was just a plain ol' Cobalt. Cuz I am sick of people trying to race me.

Rissa how much was it to get those powder coated?

edit
Holy jebus, i was looking in the gallery and I found this.

That is a fuckload of lights inside.

The door handles look sick though, only if they dim with the lights too though.

Lol no one can see me in my car anyway the windows are too dark haha. At the place I go to it's $85 per wheel, but they offer a service for $500 where you bring the car to them, they dismount the wheels and tires, sand blast and powdercoat, remount and balance the tires.

The problems may be due to a few things, definitely not the springs themselves, I'm going to get steering rack spacers and see if the installation somehow is to blame. The ride is good a lot better than when I first got them on lol.
