Just got the ZZP intercooler and re-tune by Vince at Trifecta and had to go test it out.

wow, couple bolt on and a tune let you hit 13.1. get some sticky tires and i think it should hit high 12's.

Only 277/287 on a 23psi trifecta tune and bolt ons? Seems a bit low.

 

In all fairness though, it does say Mustang Dyno. So that makes a difference compared to a Dynojet. I'm pretty sure it would be in the 300's on a dynojet.

Yah, I was expecting higher too, but it still gets down the track so who knows...

 

Still seems kinda low. I thought I have seen tune and dp only making like 300/350. Not sure of the dyno and I think it was a BYT tune. Nice runs though OP.

I'd have to agree with this. I launch just over 2K let it slip a bit out of the hole not floor it right away and I cut 2.4 60s which arent far off from what you were doing in one run and I'm 100% stock besides my K&N drop in, and it was on pretty poorly prepped track. Your 60s could probably be a bit lower I think.

nice runs! but in my opinion you shouldnt use LC... it revs way too high... but great times!.... 13.1 is very impressing for stock turbo and just 4 runs in... good work...

mustang dynos read very low.... they call it the heart breaking dynos for a reason
