hello everybody this is a test that i am doing with my mom's new embroidery machine

i might be doing these for jonnyb once i get incontact with him the pic i first did was of my cobalt photoshop

im going to be doing more testing on the picture like change the photoshop to be only to a certin number of colors so i can use my program and not have to remove alot of pictures

that was done with 10 steps

next one im going to do though is a text of the cobaltss.net decal i have on my window

i will post pics up of that in this thread when i have done it

yea thing is i have to re edit the photoshop to not have so many pics so it can catch it the reason it diddnt catch the right headlight is cause of the eyelid's i have on the photoshop i will have to add stiching to the headlight in black to show the outline of the actual headlight

the max number of colors i can do is 50 colors

the ammount of colors i did with that was 10

im still playing with it so bear with me

well guys i did one for nighthawk as a test of a logo not a car and this is how it turned out

the SRT4 looks awesome, except for the white in the o of store

 

yea i know i diddnt notice that in the rendering im still testing the new program

my mom and i spent over 2300 on the stuff to do this

infact reign get on aim real quick

well once i get down to the program and have more practice i will be able to do

shirts / jackets / bags / hoodies / just about anything fabric

 

is the program on the computer?

 

correct and u must have the card reader in order for the program to work

here is the render for the red cobaltss that i want to use for the site or i can use the one that jonnyb uses for site if he wants me to make these for him

I think that is to much, it would be better if the wheel face was 1 color, then the lip was the darker. Headlights could go solid with just an outline inside & reflector, the gradation on the hood does not look good.

i really want a hat with the fosgate, XXX, RE and SS logos

 

Very interesting, may have to hit you up to make some shirts for my team once you get all this stuff figured out

 

well once i get the part for the hat's im going to test them out i cannot say that i can sell stuff to css.net members cause im not a supporting vender

as for the cobalt yea thats a quick render thats after i edited it a little it is also alot of colors i have to still edit it.

im still working on it cause its a new machine and software

once i get logos and all it will be easy

im working on testing a piece soon with a person and see how it turns out

so we will see how it all turns out

ive got a new version im going to try out luckly i have test fabric so but its only really have like 6-8 colors


im going to go eat and stuff and get this starting

well the other one is stitching now im going to make a new one for nighthawk to see with out the white in the o

the new cobalt one is going to hopefully look way better then the last rendering its going to have less colors

its taking 29 steps to do this one and its only on step 14 this is going to take some time lol

well after spending several hours working on the cobalt and it messing up on me twice im not working on it tonight i need more time and with my mom calling me upstairs and my g/f calling me to do stuff with upstairs its going to get postphoned to do stuff simpler but im getting on a game and playing some for a bit

well the new cobalt is on process 16 of 28

most of the car is done

lets just hope that it dont mess up

this piece is approx 5" x 7"

i will have pics up once completed

i do not have all colors i need im still working on getting them

but this one sofar is looking great

i am going to work on the SS logo that chevy has and do it also and maybe do an outline and fill like the stock SS seats have

choping the pic to reduce size and ill have them up in a few

i am going to have to get the cobalt one from jonnyb i think

well ill be doing another test of the cobalt i have if i cannot get the cobalt to turn out good im going to get in contact with eather jonnyb or a friend to work on a simple toon so it will look good for the embroidery

Dude, can you do those on polo shirts? they would be awesome for club shirts.

 

exactly what kind of machine are you running on? my parents own an embrodery company so depending on what you are using if you hav questions i might be able to help out. although their machines cost about 40k each so it might not be in the same range as what you are using.
