I entered a auto design contest , thought some people may wanna see . The car choosen was the Cobalt . The guidelines were to design the next generation . You could design it anyway you wanted , so I did more of Sema tuner version and used the WTTC chevy rally car concept and the Chevy Volt as realistic styling references to keep it real as something that could actually come from chevy within their design theme . Both concepts are previews of future GM styling .

What do u think ? Styling ...think a few years from now , not current . I say that because it looks a bit upscale for cobalt type car . Compacts keep getting nicer and nicer , I think in a few years compacts will seem like luxo cars compared to current .

 

Dude thats sick. I wish I was artistic like this.... I try to doodle in my classes on campus, but mine usually suck and i erase them incase someone else would see them.

I actually havent done the coupe yet . Those are just front and rears of sedan . I havent decided to make the coupe a coupe or 3 door hatch or coupe looking hatch . I would like to submit coupe and sedan in the contest , but I dunno if I will have time to come up with a coupe ...I jus need 2 pics to enter .

Actually the I didnt alter the taillights or center exhaust outlet from the chevy WTTC rally concept too much . I basically just molded that rear end from WTTC hatch into traditional sedan , molding the rear WTTC into the Chevy Volt rear 1/4 panels and got rid of all the ridiculous ground effect's . Same on the front , Chevy Volt front fenders blended into the WTTC front end with my own style on the headlights , hood ect ect .

 

Make the 3 door hatch!!^^

looks like a new civic from the back without the centered exhaust...it also looks similar to that new concept model they have out only in pictures. i'm too lazy to look for the pic.
