Well yesterday we had the spoiler laying around, decided to hold it up to the trunk on my buddy's cruze. Ended up looking good so we went for it...

Here is the stock look (LT RS)


Pulling the liner off the trunk so we can drill


Lining up the spoiler so we could start measuring holes


Scary part...drilling into a brand new cruze (owner looks horrified in the background

After rounding out the drilled holes and painting the exposed areas to avoid rusting, it was time to put it on...

BAM!!!!! I love it

 

IMO honestly it does not look to bad! Flows pretty well!

 

I'll get more pics later of different angles. We were pressed for time

 

I personally don't like. PS I got my vehicle from BIll Jacobs too! haha

 

it doesnt look bad on the cruze..But I'm just not a fan of the highrise itself, even on a cobalt.

 

I know there is already mixed feelings about the high rise on the cobalt lol. It's not my car so nobody is gunna hurt my feelings lolol

Looks better than I expected. I think the high rise is more boxy looking and fits the cruze better than a low rise would.

He should debadge the trunk. The wing definitely looks better on the back of the cruze then a cobalt.

Now the other spoiler needs to come off of it. I think that would really help the look of it some.

No. I think wings look like crap on the cobalt. The only wing I'd consider is the rk sport lip(? Think that's the name) on blazin07's car

 

his is not rksport, is a molded lip if im not mistaken, so is all one piece with the trunk.

and i wonder.... how that cruze lip will look on the cobalt....will it match the curve of the cobalt trunk.... hmmmmm photoshop????

 

Side profile and shot directly from the back will determine if its good or not, lol.

 

It will not. The Cruze trunk is curved and longer while the cobalt's is not. Which is what made it difficult to measure for the wing

 

speaking of the RK sport lip, where do you buy those? thats the only other option I personally like besides the high rise
