In AZ we call them Haboobs. Pretty high winds.I was working in one a couple days ago and almost got knocked on my ass by winds.Actually I was working in this one he posted lol

i realize that, i was askign about the "sig pic" because the front of the car is cut off a little bit but the jack is still there when its well behind the car. so either he did it on purpose or he cant center for ****

I don't like dead-center photos. Look at my sig; it's just a photography thing I guess..Always frame at thirds. Besides, it took me 2 seconds I just did it for jokes
