Yea I hate driving in the bad conditions and constantly driving it everyday. I love the car. I just wish I could keep it in the garage. Like my uncle said about his truck, "if I can just always keep the vehicle in the garage and keep miles off of it, I'm happy."
You have to remember it is just a Cobalt and not driving a vehicle and keeping miles low is a waste of a car.
People always give me **** over rock chips and scratches,as it does annoy me. I'm not really that mad.I build cars to be driven.....and I mean driven, not to be garage or trailer queens.ill never have a weekend warrior, everything I have will always be a daily driver.
yeah guys salt is bad for your car you better never get any on it and if you do wash it right away

I make conscious effort to keep it clean and treat it nicely. If I have to drive gravel I don't go faster than 50kmh. Don't spin the tires everywhere and if I do it's in a straight line on a clean road. Try to keep most food out of my car and ask my friends to be careful getting in and out and to watch the doors in parking lots because they are longer than what most are used to. It's washed pretty thoroughly weekly. Last week I washed it twice. I don't use a brush.
I take pride in it but I'm not going to avoid driving it or going places because I'm afraid of the mileage.
So no driving a car doesn't mean you don't care for it. It means you enjoy what it was built to do.
That's a pretty stupid thing to say. Some people just don't treat their economy cars like an exotic or classic.
