the T is too out of place and doesn't match the other letters, i would take it off

That and I don't like the placement of the cobalt letters, i'd ditch those too

 

I had the T off at first but I was like what the hay its the exact height of the SS emblem. I want to get some pearl enamel to match the ss and paint the inside of it. I appreciate the honesty. But I really like it. I would usually agree and take the T off but in person it looks so good per the two people that have seen it thus far. I am torn, wanted a little something that took the SS to the next level without the screaming vinyl stickers that I have laying around.

WRX has the STI and Lancer has the EVO on the trunks and I wanted something to say a little more about my car while trying to look factory. There is a turbocharged emblem from the TC but I am not a TC I am a Turbo swapped LSJ and the Turbo emblem from the cruze doesnt look right to me. The T was just right for me. I actually like it.

As for the cobalt emblem... I put all that work into filling the holes from the wing and took out the lock cylinder I wanted to put a new emblem on there in a non stock location to be a little different. I like how it turned out overall. I know in a lot of ways the car is not peoples cup of tea but there are small things I just like about it no matter the popular vote.

Any time however, lancer has evo and wrx has sti but cobalt has SS.


If you like it that's all that matters, it's ur car so do as you will. Just providing my two cents

 

 

yeah thought about that too but i dont care for plastidip, it just feels so unfinished, just not into the craze it has right now. I thought about getting some pearl white (ss emblem color) and using a model paint and paint brush with enamel for a hard shiny finish to match. Its a small thing but when I am going down the highway passing idiots that think they are fast from the air base, they see the SST staring at them after I got in front of them.

Usually the V8 guys are cool, its the half painted falling apart DSM's around here that think they are fast.

 

excuse me and him Legacy/Impreza has WRX with the STI option. That is why I want the Cobalt SS T option...
