That picture is just good. The QUALITY is great... but the picture itself is just good. Great requires a little bit extra... a little bit of zest... a little bit of **** you don't see everyday. Anyone can stop in a parking lot and take pictures. And if they've got a really good camera... the pictures will look really good... like you see above.
