Kinda seems like the stuff they pull kids over for here in Jersey.
There's people out there committing serious crimes, but they're getting us for having loud exhausts and low profile tires. I think they need to reconsider what is important...

Harrassing people over this kind of stuff is much easier than doing real police work and it makes much more money. That's why cops do this.
