The CTS-V engine is much better than the XLR-V

for the money, nothing will touch this car for performance, luxury, and looks. BMW<Cadillac????

 

I wouldn't go that far. Anyone know the price of a cts-v? I didn't see it on the page. I'm thinking intro price around 50k. That is too many bones for me. Maybe it will be in the running for the next car when that day comes. But right now... I just don't see it happening.

 

bull. dealer mark up is gonna be at least 20k for the first year on this bad machine.

i wouldn't say that. if the gtr actually comes down to sticker price....pretty close competition. And i wouldn't count bmw out, they will be back at it soon with something nice. Like a tt v8 or something.

KITT had to be a MUSCLE CAR. since gm doesnt currently make any muscle cars....and the srt-8 isn't that sweet...gt500 was the only choice.

 

^^ I think that new Cadi CTS-V would have been more than muscular enough. Plus I think its much better looking than the new Mustang GT500

 

naw it wasnt the *** with the turbod scion its some other ***. the guy with the turbo thinks it will beat anything.

i never said my car was faster or anything...i just find it sacreligious to use a mustang as KITT...sorry just my own opinion

it would have been cool if they would have used a ls7 solstice. Kitt would have been rediculous then.

anyone find it amusing how ford slammed GMC (pun intended) that yukon was the only gm product in the whole movie and they just totally destroyed it...took the badges off the whole thing too....i thought the bad guys were driving the fastest ford edge on the planet at the beginning?? so where did the gmc come from??

 

Bad ass car! The XLR-Vs are ok they look and run great but they just dont feel like a 100,000 dollar car should. Seats have no side support to keep you planted or anything. Yeah I would so tap that CTS-V!!!

 

The CTS coupe should have the front end of the CTS-V, looks so much better.
