Bummer man, Nows the time to look into getting some added paint work if you wanted any! They are Paying so talk to the painter, I did this on a Monte I use to have when it got hit & got what I wanted didn't cost me more than $300 extra!
the main thing is to make sure they buff & wet sand the whole car to match the surface of the new paint to the Factory Organge Peel!

im paying for nothing, insurance will cover all that, and if by chance we settle without insurance, shes gonan have to pay me fora rental, and if the car is gone for a month thats a fat rental bill.

They are pains, But just dont tell them what your doing & Make them repaint the whole car! Then paint it any way you want the painter don't care, Also use your own Painter you have the right to use who ever you want! The Insurance cannot force you to use any1 different, Unless his Price is way out of wack. << That would make it a Monopoly!

use the money to buy the rims yourself they are cheaper from crateenginedepot, but you might want to use the money for aftermarket wider rims

that sucks about the accident. My sister took my old built mustang out without my permission the second day she had her license and tried to parallel park but gave it too much gas and rubbed the entire side of my car against another car. I was sooooo pissed. The only reason she wanted to take the car was because it was a convertible and was an automatic (built AOD.) she said it was my fault for leaving my keys around.....silly me for trusting my own family.

 

The bitch will be paying out the ass for insurance for the rest of her natural life

Look at the bright side, at least you get a rental. My cars been on the side of my house for almost 3 months now, and I have no transport of my own now

In the end they move onto their 8th cavalier or civic and continue on with their day which includes doing their make up while doing 60mph and learning to park a car and realizing u cant when u trade paint with 10 different cars in the same parking lot....
