Do you have a Salvage Balt?

Do you have a salvage, branded, or reconstructed title Cobalt? If you do , post vids, and or pics of it, to show your car looks just as good or better then a clean title!

After purchasing my car almost 3 years ago...i found out recently my car was involved in an accident and that was NOT disclosed at the time of sale! Frame damage was reported.

I did purchase the balt with 50K 3 years ago for only 11K, but still. It was fraud. Im in the process of contacting an attorney and such to see what i can do about this.

They provided a CarFax which didnt show the car had frame damage. However, THEY purchased the car at auction knowing it had frame damage...

We will see what happens.

Yeah we will see. Hopefully I dont have to take it to court. Law states they have an opportunity to make it right before it goes to court. Making it right will at the VERY least be the difference in value as it stands, plus at least 3k for pissing me off.

Id be happy with 10k...or it would cost them nearly 20k to take it and loose in court.

But the kink in all this is the dealer has changed name/possible ownership change since I purchased my vehicle. But it is still a pontiac/GMC/Buick dealer (well minus pontiac now). So I don't know how that factors into all this.

Mine is a lemon. Had a bad ignition off the line and the guy didn't want it, so the guy I bought if from got it with all paper work that it was fixed and inspected. Only problem was finding a bank that didn't want to rape me on interest cuz of that
