Heres the only close up pic I have of the cutoff . I took it b4 I had them mounted , just powered 1 up on a bench . My camera sucks at darker pics , the cutoff line is alot more defined than the pic represents . I tried to mod the high beam shudder , if u bend it just slightly the cutoff line goes from blue/green/purple to blue/green/purple/red/yellow/orange and the flicker was alot more colorful . There wasnt enuff clearence for the high beam shudder to move like it should even if it was skewed just tiny bit ...so left if alone .

I will do my best on that one . If I have a friend around tonite I'll roll it out of the garage tonite b4 I tear it down and get a high beam shot , my throwout/slave cylinder decided to implode today and made a huge mess , so I cant drive it .

Dude they are amazing man, you should take them back apart and make a mold out of the basic shape (before adding in the projector and stuff) and sell those n let people do their own work.

I tried to keep them functioning like they do in the Astra . I could not make the swiveling active projectors work . The system was integrated throughout the entire car with sensors , never gonna happen on a retro . So I had to remove the Active frame the projectors sat in , and that left me with common E55 projectors . The only thing I had to add was the little strip I made of 6 amber LED's to have a legal sidemarker light , it doesnt blink with the turn signals .....it just comes on with the lights .

Very top smaller light - Amber turn signals and DRL only . It doesnt come on with the lights . All I wanted was the headlights and the city light lit up at night ....no amber from the front of the car .

Circle light next to the projector - city light/parking light

Fogs - PIAA plasma yellow bulbs . They were 90 bux for the pair , but OMG it was worth it . It helps alot in foggy/rainy weather over the stock bulbs , and the yellow color is really vibrant like yellow 3000K HID , no dingy yellow like the cheapie bulbs .

here a shot with the DRL's on . 2nd one is just parks and fogs .
