Dyno numbers for me

here are the numbers from my dyno i did today. i went ahead and got the SAE correced numbers as well even though the guy said that the STD numbers are most widely accepted on boosted cars. my best pull was 235hp with 217ft/lb of torque. here are pics of both sheets.

here are the STD numbers

and here are the SAE corrected numbers

Pretty good numbers for just having a smaller pulley and the airbox mod.

It's leaning after 6000 pretty rapidly.

The injectors and tune will smooth that out for sure, but right now I would be wary of going past 6000.

almost 14 AF at redline.
dude thats about as far from rich as you can in these cars without it exploding.

your rich in the midsection sure....but i would be worried running that lean at high rpm.

It looks as if you're running a 13.7 at redline which is not that great. 12.5 is the highest i'd be safe with....right now I have my car running 10.5 to 11.0...You are going to be surprised when you get your tune and injectors. It's going to unleash like 20 whp for ya just about

Lemme get this straight... you're running a 2.85 pulley with stock injectors and tune? Talk about dangerous.

whoa 2.85 pully on STOCK injectors?!?!?!?!
dude are you crazy?!? no wonder your lean.

2.85 pully barely scrapes by safely with STAGE 2 injectors!!!

lol I hope you had your injectors and tune overnighted today

won't do much though if you're getting 42lbers...50lbs FTW!

youd be surprised how well the car actually runs. not saying that it would stay that way, but it has run great since i have been waiting to get injectors.

by the way i have 60's on the way with a custom tune

"runs great"
do you have a way to monitor knock retard? Air fuel ratio?

I promise you your car is knocking to hell right now.

last time JapEatr checked my car, it had no knock at all. that was with the setup i still have. im not doubting what youre saying, since youre totally right, im just saying my car hasnt been having problems at all. that doesnt mean that i would ever tell someone its ok to run their car like mine, but so far mine has been fine. i think i just got lucky though...

a 2.85 is not really safe with 42's either.....
i guess we all learn something everyday.

As long as he's not redlining her all the time, and he's carefull, he should be ok till the 60's and tune is done. Just needs to make sure that AS SOON as he gets the stuff, that he sets that appointment. I've been running the 2.79" on 42's for a little while now. I know it's not safe, but she doesn't lean out all crazy like until high in the RPM's, an I haven't had the loot so...But, I have big plans coming within the next month, hopefully. lol..He should be aight if he drives with caution, by the way, I wouldn't suggest another dyno run till after the injectors have been put in. lol..

Oh, I forgot to ask......When you go to 60lb injectors, do you have to go with a larger fuel pump at any time? I mean I doubt GM puts a large heavy duty fuel pump in a car with the stock injectors. Let us know when all the goodies come in E.
