Last night the first SRT-4 hit 10's.

It is a Stage 3 car with a 50 shot. The block has new internals and the head is ported and has cams.
The car runs 11.1 all day long off the nitrous.

Very impressive for a 4 cylinder car (and it sounds like its not turning 10,000 rpm)!

wonder how much it cost to get to that performance over stock???

I dont like srt4's at all but they are still fast.

haah jk, i thought they have been in the 10's before?? at least i would have guessed, how long has stage 3 been out, rumour around here there is a St.3 SRT running around, not like im going to run him lol

Congrats to you folks (SRT-4 crowd), all my buddies were talking about it this morning lol. When you guys say stage 3, does that mean he's still using the turbo that came w/ the stage 3 kit?

I think there are a couple SRT-4's in AZ that are close to hitting 10's.

That thing is a ****** rocket out of the whole...

That was one of them WhiteMnt is from Az, and Az is where NRGY is located.

My car will be coming together soon and hitting the track probably in April.. we're expecting 10's as well. There are two other SRT-4's (one together, needs tuned and the other coming together) that will have the HP to hit 10's but I don't know if they are planning on adding the necessary safety equipment (i.e. Roll Bar) to run at the track.

 

Tiny from Rev it up has hit tens in his car. a while ago. he has the roll bar and other saftey to run at the track also.
