Funky Fresh Cobalt Thread!!11one
i really don't get why you are concerned at all with what people say about your CAR anyways. its a a goddamn car. car is meant to get you from point a to point b. cars are meant to drive, that's what they were manufactured for, to make traveling time shorter. shiny paint is nice, but it's not necessary. a car can look good, but it doesn't have to.
for christ sake, i put freakin stickers all over my car, people hate, people love. i laugh either way, because i don't care.

I know he came in and clarified, and I said thanks, that's all he needed to say.
I'm sure you don't like people trying to assume things about you or your car, and I don't either especially when they have no idea. It just so happens it was your bf to be the one to do it.
But anways as you always like to say, move on with your life and be happy!
HA HA HA.
like i JUST said, people can think whatever they want about my car, it's just a ******* moving object that is not NEEDED in my life. it has no personal value it me at all, yes i put money into it, but if i really wanted to that money could be used completely in a different way, not involving a car.
and yes, i've been happy for a while

Yeah, it is pretty funny being as he apologized for everything, so I guess it wasn't lies then huh?
I take pride in certain things that I own, and I don't appreciate people making unfounded remarks about it. I guess we differ in that way. And that's good, just hard to tell by your tone.

too bad you were so standoff-ish at CED this past year, that you never actually got to say anything to me to understand my tone, or my sense of humor, such a shame, there is always next year, or whenever i'm in CA next.
it's done with moving onward.

I don't really want to get into that here, but I really don't want to be friends with your bf, and it would have been weirding just hanging out with you, even though I would not have minded that.
and i do take pride in the things i own, don't get me wrong. both honestly, i'm not some self observed chick who only feeds and greeds off money and objects, not saying you are, or aren't, or anyone else on this site. i didn't HAVE to buy a cobalt, i could of dealt with my 98 gold galant for the next 4 years. i think you're missing the point that i think certain objects are not necessary on a day to day basis.
I'm tired of this argument. If you didn't take pride in it then why bother doing anything to it at all? Should have just left it stock if you just think it's a means of getting to point A and B. However, I know you probably don't really think of it that way. Sure in the end that's all a car is, but it's just another thing you can personalize, and can be a reflection of the owner. Just like a house. I wouldn't let my house go to **** because it's just somewhere I eat and sleep. Sure a house is more necessary, but I'm not riding a bike 40 miles a day to get to work or taking the bus.
Uh hi.
Uh hi.

It didn't go over my head lol you could have pride in an older car just the way you can a new one. You said that a car is just an object used for transportation and that it has no real value to you. I however don't think that, I made my car what it is and I consider it more than just something to get from A to B. I was never ever talking about money in the first place. Me taking pride in my car... has absolutely nothing to do with having money. I loved my old camaro proabably just as much as my cobalt, and that thing was worth like half of what the cobalt is worth. But anyways this went WAY off topic.
