my friend just got her brand new 06 SS SC its got the G85 and the side air bags and xm radio. she came over and let me drive it and its soo ******* fast lol i love it. for the g5 and cobalt being the same car the ss sc didnt drive at all the same as my g5. the clutch let out alot faster and it shifts difforent then mine. shes still learning how to drive the 5 speed so she stalls its sometimes not to much. the supercharger wine is the best lol that car def puts a smile on your face driveing it. anyways heres some pics

yes she loves the car. she was going to get the tc then i showed her the cobalt and the cobalt won.

The SS/SC has a completely different transmission from any other Delta platform car, that would be the reason why.

 

I didn't know the G5 was supercharged. That would have changed my descision when it came to picking the SS /SC. Nice cars though.

lol nope the G5 is just the 2.4L hers is the SC. her step dad is going to put a smaller pully on it and a cai so she wants to no where she can get the parts from.

The SS/SC has a different trans then the 2.4 cars or the 2.2's for that matter. Also has different axles, different steering rack and a few other odds and ends.
