Probably has a heart condition. Most likely invoked from the gas being pressed to the floor.

you'd be surprised at how little it takes to get a handicapped tag. i had one for when i had my HAND operated on. permit was for 3months. hand was healed in 2 weeks.

Isn't the little thing in the window usually temporary? Could have some kind of injury.

Probably old and retired comfortably. One track day I was at, some old coot took his souped up Z06 out on track for his 85th birthday. We had the same instructor. Our instructor told me he wouldn't take it over 70mph and at one point he was trying to get his hand positioning right and turned on his blinker and didn't notice it was on for like 2 laps. The only thing missing was a Florida tag and the stereotype would have been complete.

No, the ones in the window are permanent, my grandma has one and she's permanently disabled. The temporary ones are either red or they're a dash card. You get a blue tag if you are handicapped but require no special equipment. You get a license plate if you're handicapped and the car has been fitted with equipment tailored to your disability (like hand controls or special pedals).

If it has a hang tag, it won't have a plate. Could have also been for a passenger. I have a hang tag for my car, but it's for my grandma not for me.

Maybe he's old. Just because he's old, doesn't mean he's dead.

lol kids these days... ya god forbid someone who has some sort of disability should enjoy a nice car or have money... it's not like he took your spot...

then again maybe he did... there are alot of retards on this forum judging by the ammount of people hating on a disabled person... i hope karma bites yas in the ass and you lose a leg or have a heart attack so you can have others hate you for parking your sports car in a handicapped spot because of a medical condition you can't help..

DUDE!!??? really? so what your saying in Handicap people are lower class and must be making very little income because their handicap. probably on welfare based on how your reacting and could no way afford really nice cars like this GT-R here. It would be perfectly acceptable if it was an 89 corolla though. I agree with the poster a few above me about Karma. I truly hope your statements come back to bite you in the ***.
