the trick is to put down one layer of silicone put the headlight back together and then run a second layer of silicone where the 2 halfs meet and then use your finder to smooth it all out and push any excess into the groove.

Lol if I still had Steve's old high rise I'd put it on there for you lol. They were powdercoated, pricing depends on where you go and what kind of services they offer, the place I went to does them for $55 per wheel.
