i decided to try some different angles and nice fresh clean balt pics

me and my family's cars all lined up

and now my crowbalt pics (grrr stupid tail lights were outta stock I'm STILL waiting for them!!!!!)

The Monte Carlo is a decent looking car I just hate the fact that it's front wheel drive. My friend has an 06 SS at work. It's pretty quick.

You can tint the back three windows, just not the front two.

ALL tint in NEW YORK CITY is illegal. CAN'T have any % what so ever. So I can't tint them. They recently passed the law. They have certain NYPD cops that look around SPECIFICALLY for ppl with tint to ticket them now.

NY is 70% on fronts which is the factory tint on the cobalts.

nope as of 2008 or 2007? no tint period in nyC. i think i'd know the law where I live especially when i have friends who have been pulled over for tint and were told all tint is illegal period. and it wasn't all from the same cop, they all said it.
