Infra's lost his mind! My new big purchase!

So I've been doing a lot of research and dealing back and forth with a few places, and had a used one fall through, which ended up being a good thing because what I ended up going with will work a lot better for what I will use it for and will work better with my available space.

SO, with that being said, can anybody tell me what THIS means?

Thanks guys! Pretty damn excited about it! Not really "opening" a tuning shop. But now all the 2WD cars I tune on the street can be done on the dyno and I can have dyno days and things and take my hobby to the next step! Now even more of my spare time not spent at work can go to automotive stuff

The funny thing is I bought it more for some personal fun with my car and all my friend's cars and all the good local guys I know They little extra money side of things coming in will just be a nice bonus! I'll register as an LLC so I can get some good business insurance and so everything is legitimate, and even with me mostly using it in my spare time I think it will pay for itself in 4 years or so. It is a decent chunk of cash to drop at once, but I feel it will all be worth it

Thanks for the tip Matt. I am going through the training program at Dynocom the day I pick it up, so I'm hoping to learn some good tips. I know they have had some software/electrical bugs in the past, but like anything they are always working to make things better. I actually inquired about the DYNO X like you guys have out there, but they are for export only now days, no longer sold in the US or Canada. I think the 5000 series will suit my needs better though, it was just a decent jump in price lol.

Lol well you know I wanted one in the worst way! I just needed someone to do to me what I do to people every day, and that's push push push haha. Then when it came time to deal we worked out a fair price that I was happy with and I pulled the trigger! Can't wait for it!

I don't really consider it an awesome place haha but we do have a great strong economy. Come on out any time, its always fun when I get to meet new members. And this dyno will make things even sweeter!

Just trust me. We have been fighting electrical issues that they can't figure out. Finally grounding the cars and dyno worked. No more fried boards.

So just do it because of piece of mind. Yeah the dyno x is tiny and compact and that's why we bought it. Pri special. Also make sure you get all your stuff they took forever to send us the wideband and boost loggers

That's another thing I liked about the 5000 series is that it is one of their more original models and has a little different software setup, but essentially its still the same type of product so I'll take that precaution!

I am picking it up in their location in TX so I will make sure its all packaged up in the crate when I take delivery of it. Now to track down a trailer big enough to haul my car down and then haul my car and the dyno all the way back to ND lol
